Known for elevating and exploiting the vibrancy and clarity of crystal, artist and designer Alison Berger has honed her craft to the point of alchemy. The Heart and Body pendant truly does get the heart thumping with a sophisticated, layered effect. At the center is a hand formed “heart” with an LED lamp inside. A larger “body” with 2 heart shaped cutouts surrounds the orb inside allowing light to be filtered in different densities through the outer body of the crystal. The light emitted has a soft but strong glow from within. It is said that the artist created this piece as a tribute to the resiliency of our hearts and bodies. Inspiring!
